Next up for December!!

Sketched on paper, flat color in SAI. Next picture in a series I'm doing, drawing the kids from mine and Gem's RP a year to the day they were first used, got it? Good!

I say first used. This will be the case MOST of the time. There are a few instances where the kids are born and it's stated they're born, but for one reason or another they aren't used until a later day. If that happens I'll be posting them on the day they are BORN. If they're used the first time on a different day then I'll state that in the description, or on the picture itself.

Funny how Viviane and Ayumi have had their babies together the past couple of years lol they're even both pregnant again although this time their babies will come closer to spring XP

Also...funny how I design kids then look in the RP and see they had a description of how they look that I didn't follow X_X Ah well, we already decided she'd look more like Ayumi XD

Yami is the third child and second daughter of Lormin and Ayumi. As usual not much to say since she's a third born XD So I'll talk about the additions to her family just like I do whenever there's a change.

Added since Ratar was posted last year, you see Yami has listed a grandmother, Olympia, and an uncle and aunt. This is because within the past few months we've developed Ratar's story a bit more, that is the grandfather Ratar. Olympia is another Guardian from Beledin's line, and she and Ratar had a romance long ago. They even raised Lormin together for a short time.

However, Olympia saw Beledin's corruption setting in and foretold the doom to come from it, and urges Ratar to leave with her. Torn between his love, and needing to help protect his fellow Guardians from Beledin's wrath, he makes the hard choice not to leave, and that he's keeping Lormin with him. Heartbroken, Olympia leaves, going down to the world below. She's eventually taken by a man named James, and they have a son and daughter together. The daughter was born recently, and is baby Victoria.

The son, is Cliff, the same one that takes the girl Val, imprisoning her, and enslaving and imprisoning, even killing, his own children.

This happens after he falls and hits his head, changing his personality dramatically. He rejects his mother and becomes as wicked as his father. Olympia lives in fear and persecution until one day, after Cliff is captured and Val and the children freed, he kills James out of anger, setting his mother free. Victoria is a newborn at this point, and slowly, gradually, something happens.

Though there were hard and hurt feelings at first, Olympia rejecting, even screaming at Ratar, he persists, and with nudges from the grandchildren, Yami included, feelings are mended, and they come together again. They're even expecting their first child now, since Lormin was created similarly to Arandor. Cliff is still around, though he tends to avoid people, sticking with his mother and sister, calling Ratar the "walking beard" He holds resentment...saying he'd rather have never existed if it meant Ratar had protected his mother from James.

Summarizing doesn't do it justice really. I really happen to love Ratar and Olympia and their romance X3 Cliff just makes it so complicated... lol

Anyway Yami loves her grandmother very much, but she's also a daddy's girl. She's loves making people happy, which spurs her in her efforts to get her grandfather and grandmother back together. She's a free spirit, but also polite. She's considerate of the feelings of others and if she feels she's hurt someone somehow she takes it pretty hard. Otherwise she's a happy and sweet child, very much like her mother especially as she grows up. She even takes up her mother's hobby of knitting.

Appearance wise...yeah we had decided her colors and everything in the RP she was born in but I did my best XD She's a Ayumi mini with the dragonfly wings and antennae. The pinkish fur from Ayumi, as do the eye color and hair style, the majority of it. The purple part of her bangs are shaped like Lormin's, and she has his locks on either side of her face matching his. She also gets the yellow hair from him.
