Next up for August!!

Sketched on paper, flat color in SAI. Next picture in a series I'm doing, drawing the kids from mine and Gem's RP a year to the day they were first used, got it? Good!

I say first used. This will be the case MOST of the time. There are a few instances where the kids are born and it's stated that they're born, but for one reason or another they aren't used until a later day. If that happens I'll be posting them on the day that they are BORN. If they're used the first time on a different day then I'll state that in the description, or on the picture itself.

First used way back May 9th of last year XD I'll explain.

Samson is the Guardian of Isolation, meaning he lived alone most of his life, although he was considered part of Omega's order of Dark Guardians. It was something Medula encouraged and Samson went along with for her sake. Besides being the Guardian of Isolation his main job was being a blacksmith. He fashioned weapons and armor for both Omega's order and Beledin's as well. His biggest achievement however, were Omega's chains.

At first, the corrupted dark Guardians commissioned these chains in order to trap Omega and keep him from fighting back as they took over the entire order. However Samson, unknown to them, was tasked with fashioning Omega's and Beledin's weapons that they would wield as trio males. Beledin's was later revealed to be a staff, and so knowing what was to come as the order fell apart, Samson made sure these chains could be used as weapons. Chains suited Omega due to him being the memory Guardian...a chain of memories if you will. And still they are, along with Beledin's staff, Samson's greatest achievement.

Fast forward to the present day. The order has healed and they find out that Kiyoshi and Kyosho had their blacksmith, a woman named Izvara. She functioned the same for them, her greatest achievement being the armor of Kiyoshi and Kyosho which is impervious to pretty much anything...as Kiyoshi's son Aoi has long proved. Izvara was a bit more social than Samson, but a chance meeting of the two got him to be a bit more sociable as well. They had that common love for metal working and the like, but we only ever saw a little of them.

So come May of last year we got interested in the idea again, and that's where Julian comes from. Izvara is captured and working for devil Amadi, but it's revealed she has her little son with her and that son, Julian, is the son of Samson as well.

I...can't recall. I THINK Samson didn't know because Izvara disappeared before he knew she was pregnant or maybe they had a fight which separated them and he just...regressed back to being "isolated." It was something that kept him from looking stupid for not keeping up with her and their unborn child. Regardless, once he finds out he and some of the others rescue them both from hell. Izvara has been blinded but has her vision healed. While she's healing she's a bit distant from Samson, but this gives the father time to bond with his son. Later, this is something that allows Samson and Izvara to grow back together again.

Julian is good friends with Chloe. I remember her being there to encourage him when he first left hell with his mother and came to live with the Guardians above. Obviously Samson isn't living alone anymore XP Now fully healed Izvara and Samson both continue their craft and jobs, and Julian aspires to be just like his parents. He helps gather materials for them, and watches eagerly while they work. He's a quiet child, and shy, but generally always in good spirits. He's a bit more outspoken that his father due to his mother, but he's still that soft, gentle and quiet type like Samson.

Appearance wise he's a good blend of both parents. Izvara is another like Niena and Kiyoshi and Kyosho...can't say the exact species only that they're earless like echidnas but aren't. Samson is a black panther, which is where Julian gets the majority of his looks; the ears, the tail, the purple eyes, the coal black fur, and the golden in his hair come from Samson. The red comes from Izvara, along with the shape of his fringe and hair.
